ok here is the problem...

1st i insert my dvd-r (have a video in the dvd means not a blank dvd-r),

then as usual i'll go to my computer to click the icon.. (my kapersky "delete" my autorun.. dunno how to get it back)

then i realize my DVD-R icon didnt change into my dvd title... something fishy here~

but i just ignore it and click...

then nothing happen...

plus my computer become jammed and suddenly just go blank! (only my wallpaper show up... all the dekstop icon are gone include the start menu)

my laptop will not going to normal if i'm not eject the dvd...

so frustrating.. this happen everytime when i try to open my dvd..

even i already restart my computer (i dunno if this can heal my laptop but just give it a try)

but still the same....

HELP ME HERE PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm using window xp...
