Hmm, 1st, try turning on computer and keep pressin F2, this will bring you to bios, try loading optimul setting and save and exit. then see if it boots up.

2nd, turn on computer and keep pressing f12, this should bring you to a boot menu , select internal hard drive. press enter, and see if it boots from there.
3rd, as soon as you turn on laptop keep pressing F8, and see if it will boot into safemode

did you get into bios? how old is your computer?
did you try taking out harddrive, starting computer , let it fail and then put hard drive back in and start it up again

i did get in the bios but im not sure what to do its not doing any thing !i think its about 2000 i got it at the pawn shop it was a good one . and i have taken out the hard drive thrown it on the floor the wall nothing works it worked for my brother .so i gave that a try. thanks for the help . no any thing else to try.
