Desktop Icons Not respondingClosed

Question

I purchased an Acer Aspire 5740 laptop with Windows Home Premium some 4 weeks ago. After I've been online the desktop icons no longer respond and I have to re-boot to reactivate them. The icons work while I'm online but problem occurs after I've closed internet.  Any ideas how to resolve problem?


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Please check whether the problem isn't coming from its RAM memory and indicate for further help.
