Hello to whom may my answer asap. i got Steam on my computer but every time i try to download TF2 on my computer it comes up ether paused or suspended, i got no internet problems or any thing at all with it.

Or is it that steam is busy for it??

Try closing Steam, right clicking on the Steam shortcut and choose:
Run As Administrator.

I had the same problem with CoD:MW2, Run As Admin fixed it for me.

Even i play it for a while it seams to be slow even if i turn the settings down in the game and it might run slow when going to the next stage area or even trying to get the game going.

I got a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop and i know i can run it but on low settings.
