HI I have a Mac and pc and I had the same problem with only being able to read items on my mac so I followed the steps to configure the one touch to comply with Mac. Now when I hook the one touch to my pc it does not read the drive. How Can i reinstall or reset the one touch to compute with my pc.

If you format the hard drive using FAT32 then it can be used by both a Windows PC and a Mac. This posting gives more information about formatting a large (over 32GB) drive using fat32 on Windows XP.

You might need to erase the Mac partition first. That can be done using a free copy of Partition Master from Easeus

Good Luck
