enter 12/05/10 08:48:31 in A1
enter the other time in A2
in an empty cell e.g. A3 enter the formula
=A1-A2
format A3 as Time something like
13:30:55 (depending upon your version of excel)
the result will be
0:19:06
that is 19 minutes and 6 seconds.
