Samsung Galaxy Master Reset

Hello,

I sold my cellphone a month ago and now i have it back, but the guy did a master reset on it and now its asking me the password to unlock ! What do I do !! I need help !
I have a Samsung Galaxy By Bell.
Its my only phone, please tell me you can help me !

Hi there,

Contact the guy and ask the password else get to a mobile phone repair shop and get it unlocked.

well the problem is there ! It's not a personnal password, il a default password. Like a manufacturer one. He did a master reset but it have reset to the manufacturer default. Now, i don't event get the signal from bell anymore

you can restore ur galaxy 1st swtch off ur phone then press home botton and volume + button and power on botton it shows u a service menu at tht tme ur touch is not working you have to use volume + and _ key u can restore your phone its 100% working try it
