FN keys disabled Toshiba satellite

Hello,

My F1-F12 keys are working, but I can't seem to get the Fn keys working that are specific to Toshiba such as Fn + Esc to mute speakers, or Fn + F6/F7 to control screen brigthness.

Any ideas? I read through a few threads and tried Fn + F9 to enable them, but no go!

Did you re-install Windows? If so, then you need to download the drivers specific to the laptop.
