My ipod won't sync

Hey, each time i plug my ipod, a message saying,''The Ipod cannot be synced.An unkown error occurred (13019). '' PLEASE HELP ME !!! I'm not sure what's wrong with my ipod and i want to add new songs !!!

Hi there,

Uninstall then reinstall iTunes latest version in your system.
