Getting stucked in bios

I am having a system of 4gb ram 500gb hardisk and a graphics card of nvidia of 1 gb(9400gt)
when my computer is on for 3 or more hours it shows a dump file error and get turned off and when i restarted it, the bios screen gets stucked
can anyone help me

Hi there,

Remove the memory sticks and clean them by using a n eraser rubbing it on the gold plated surface then reseat back,plug one by one and start machine.
