Hello CANARY,
In response to your question, the answer is to flush dns stack by following these steps:
1- from start menu choose the command (RUN)
2- Type the command [CMD] in case of windows xp OR [command] if you working with older version of windows, ie, windows me.
3- At the command prompt "( C:\)" of the cmd menu, type : ipconfig/flushdns.
4- done

Hi Canary,
just set your computer ip with different host ip,
this way:
goto control panel
see network and internet connection now open it
right click at your LAN or Local Area connection
and then choose ip and set the properties
write any avaiable ip addres to your conflicted ip address.

ps: it's a good networking if u have an ip map of your network
