Hello,

I had recently puchased a chinese I9++1 phone.
ButI am not able to connect it to a PC to use as a Mass storage device.
Here is what I did.

Unplug the USB end from the charger, and plug in on to the
PC USB PORT
And the other end to My mobile. Directly connect the phone to pc , with the same cable

I got 3 option s

1) Storage Media
2) Webcam
3) Com Port

I selected the 1st option STORAGE MEDIA

But the PC fails to detect the USB with the folllowing message.

" USB device not recognised.
One of the USB devices connected to this computer has malfunctionsed and Windows does not recognise it".

PLease let me know if
1. If the Mobile is defective OR
2. THe USB cable is defective.
What to be done to solve the issue.

Thanks

Dear Sir,

This is a common problem from these clones, you should normally have its PC Suite installed but there has never been any PC Suite conceived by its manufacturer.

Thanks in advance.
