Daily Report/ Continuous tracking problem

Hello,
I have 3 different spreadsheets I am trying to put together so that I don't have to re-enter data 3 times. One changes daily, a report for that day is printed and then it is overwritten the next day with the new info. On the second spreadsheet, the info that is generated and printed is input every day so that there is a running record of the data. On the third I use the data from the second to create a chart. Is there a way that I can refer to the daily report so that I don't have to re-enter the data on the running record?
