Portable version is great! Pdf-XChange Viewer as well as Editor have portable version which is very useful if you need to work on many computers. Lightweight and fast!

This program is very easy to use. It has many possibilities. Now I use only this program . It is becoming increasingly popular.There is information on many websites. At site https://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-viewer I found a description of all the features (Feature List) and video (Videos) how to use.

Main Points It's REALLY free. Allows writing and drawing over any position of the PDF. There are many disabled features (only available on "PRO" version), but rarely needed any of them.
Weak Infos It should ignore protected PDF and allow modifications, regardless.
