Mail merge - skip to next fieldClosed

Hello,
I am using word 2003, from mail merge print all the staffs salary slip will be printed from excel sheet.
But there is unwanted i.e some fields having null value or zero . How to avoid this field and skip to next field.

Ok found this to be quite a pain.  I wanted to skip step 3 because i already had labels i wanted to stick on envelopes i wanted to print.  (Step 3 is the recipents)  Anyways i created a new list and just put a space in a field and saved it, that seemed to do the trick.  Who knows why there isnt a skip button on there, although i may not have seen it.  Hope this helps someone.
