Hello, Using windows XP and firefox browser
Thank you for contacting me: My problem is I am not able to install
debian because although I have installed a second hard drive. Seagate
baracuda 160 gig, recognized by the BIOS, ,initialized and formated. It
does not show on my selective boot.

My original hard driveC, is partitioned for the purpose of having a
recovery on the partition D. The new hard drive has been assigned the
letter K

C is partition basic file system NTFS
D partition basic fat 32
K partition basic NTFS
Both C and K are shown in IDE properties as automatic detection- DMA
transfer mode
If I try and install, it wants to install on D

Thank you for your help

Dear Sir,

Please consider plugging instead of the CD ROM drive and see whether it is detected.

Thank you.
