Hello,

Example: start time is 8:00AM and end time is 8:30 AM= total time :30 (cell is formated to time units)...

How do I convert :30 to show only 30? When I try to convert to decimal the number changes to .02083 which is diff. I just want the (:) to remove from the number 30.

thanks for your help

I have a conversion table, but i just need to remove the (:) symbol. actually that was my earlier problem too bec the units are not the same anymore when it exceed 59 minutes so I jsut made a conversion table. Can you assist, either way?

I need to convert using 60 minutes as units of measure...That was actually what I was doing orginally...
