Nokia 2730c no response

hi...
when I connect my nokia 2730c to pc it is not showing any response...in the cell there are 3 options pc suite,data transfer,mass storage..
but wen I click pc suite no response is being made by cell nor the pc....
help me out...!!!!!

Hi there,

You must have the pc suite install on your computer to use this option,have it installed from driver cd or link below is available for downloading it:

hi,
Download and install Nokia ovi Pc Suite.
you can browse ur mobile from pc.also u can connect it to the internet.
