Copy tables into pen drive

Hello,
i have created tables in oracle9i in my home system... i want to copy them into my college system . . . how to take them in pen drive .. how to backup & recovery from pen drive or any external drive .... i don't want to use any wires(LAN) etc between the systems . .
please do it ............. it is very urgent to me....

Dear Sir,

Simply right click the file and get to Send and from there send it to the pendrive.
