some time virouse creat file double triple thean it is full and hang. we should keep minium 10% c drive empty for not to hang. think in your case you could not use updated anti virous. in this site u can get avira personal down load on free and up dated. then it can works. thanks (nepal)

Good morning,
As anjana said Avira is a good choice.
Update your antivirus and run a full scan of your PC. Save the report
Download Malwarebytes here
http://dw.com.com/...

Preferably install it on another partition not C:
Update
Branches all removable media to your PC
Run a full scan
Remove all the viruses
Save the report
Download hijackthis here http://test.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe
Run it and save the report
Create a new message in the security section of the forum with:
Description of your system( PC, OS,Motherboard...)
Description of your problem
Copy-past the reports of: Your antivirus, Malwarebytes and hijackthis
Good luck
