Code 800F020B failed to installed windows

Hello, to whom may help me with this as I was installing updates for my laptop Vista and I get this code saying error found cloud not install Windows Update_800F020B or Windows Update_dt000. hope I get help with this thanks

Hello,
If you receive Windows Update error 800f020b while trying to install updates, an update that you're trying to install applies to a device that is not connected to the computer. Make sure that all of your devices are connected and turned on, and then try installing updates again.

To see which device is causing the problem, you can review available updates before trying to install them. The device name or manufacturer will be displayed in the list of available updates.

well I had my GPS in it last night and updating that

So, last night your GPS was not connected to your Laptop. Because you were trying to update it when it was shut down.
Try to update it from the manufacturer website
