Vizio tv HDMI ports fried?

Hello,
The HDMI ports of my Vizio VECO320L 32 in. LCD TV are not working. This started after a blackout during which my cable box (plugged into HDMI port 1) was fried. My xbox was plugged into the other HDMI port and it only comes on in the AV port. I tried changing cables which didn't work. Is this fixable?
