Using windows xp browsers won't load

Hello,

Iam using windows xp on my pc internet is working even msn works but neiter IE or FF will load or even open for me. I've tried everything it's very frustrating any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting so frustrated I'm probably overlooking something..
