How do i save my iphone info

Hello,

i recently had my laptop crash, without having backed up lots of songs, photo's, etc..
when i try to sinc my iphone with my now fixed laptop, it says it will sinc all the info FROM the computer and ERASE all my saved info on my phone. How can i somehow save all my info from on my phone, and sinc it with laptop, without erasing all my info? like my calendar and music....help!!!
