How to restore my NB200 to factory settings

Hello,
When I start up my Toshiba NB200 netbook with Windows 7, I get to a white screen with the Toshiba logo and a Picture, beneath the picture it says my name and asks for a password. Unfortunately I do not know this password as it was my father who set this up for me and has also forgotten it. I have nothing of value on this laptop, but I just want to get into it as I shall need it for GCSE revision next year. Any help?
