Remotely connect to my PC through Internet

Hello,

I want to connect remotely to my computer from anywhere through Internet.
Is this possible?
and how to do that?
I have connected remotely on my network but I want to connect outside of my network to my PC

Please HELP!

This is a possible task and you should hence activate your firewall in order to get the problem solved.
