Mouse and Keyboard stuckClosed

Hello,

I have a Acer Aspire 5052N Wxmi laptop. My keyboard and mouse is getting stuck after XP boots. However both of them works in safe mode and safemode with networking. This happens every time when i boot windows and i am not able to operate. I have tried re installing windows and device drivers but the problem still persists. I think its something to with the wireless network adaptor. some times when i reinstall driver for wireless network adaptor, mouse and  keyboard works. I have tried updating the latest device drivers for Atheros wireless adaptor, but still the problem persists. Please help

Did you're problem get fixed?
If yes, what did you have to do?

I have the same problem as you do, except that I did not reinstall any wireless components, etc.

Hey, i had the same problem. Connect a USB keyboard or mouse to your stuck PC and go to My Computer->Device manager and update the driver again for your original keyboard.
The keyboard driver you choose also controls the PS2 port of the mouse. So the mouse won't work if you set a wrong keyboard driver.
