Hello,

Lost my master password on Dell Latitude C400 laptop.
Tried to unplug battery, but still need password.
Any who can fix the password.

Service Tag: JQ5GH0J (0=ZERO)

Hi there,

Its not the battery of laptop but the bios battery for which you need to open the laptop and remove it for few minutes,have more help fro Faq for resetting bios:
