Rebooted my acer aspire laptop and no sound

Hello,

I rebooted my computer to original factory. Says I have realtek audio installed and working properly. I have no sound or cant even access my built in orbicam. Says everything is working and installed. Please help

Dear Sir,

Please get to the Device Manager and see whether its driver needs to be updated to get the problem solved.
