Hi,
try this 1
Click on Start --> in search box type ncpa.cpl and press enter
Network Connections window will be opened. Now right click on your
"Local Area Connection" --->Properties---> Local Area Connection Properties"
window will be opened.
Scroll down and uncheck the option "Internet Protocol Version 6 [TCP/IPv6]
Click on OK and now check whether you problem exists or not.
