Lookup table? Excel

Hello,
I am working from 3 different spreadsheets with meter reading information:
1-meter reading from date 6/8/2010 (Address|meter no|date|read)
2-meter reading from date 6/30/2010 (Address|meter no|date|read)
3-list of meters for test sample (address|meter no)

I would like to:
take spreadsheets 1 and 2 and match those to addresses on spreadsheet 3, while taking all row data and placing it on another sheet or tab; then subtract sheet 1 read data from sheet 2 read data to get a difference that is also placed on that new sheet or tab.

Example of final product:
Address meter no difference
123 apple st 123456 3000

Not sure if this makes sense...my excel skills are not too great.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
