My Hotmail Email won't work!

Hello,

My Hotmail account will allow me to sign in. But whenever i Signup for something on the Internet some websites say that they'll send you a request to verify. Well i never get those requests, and i've waited like some say to do. The longest time i've waited so far is 1 1/2 year.
