I cant recharge action voip

Hello, Hello,
I was using action voip for calling and recharging through credit card but now a days I am not able to recharge my account. When I open the recharge login it does show the email option. In the email option corner it shows internet explorer cennot display. Please give the solution to rechrge my account.
