Hello,

I need help that I want to create an excel file (say A) for the users for registration of incoming and outgoing letters and entries of that file automatically saves into the other Excel File (say B).

My question is that I want that I want to show only 1 Row (1) and 5 columns (A-E) in File A and when user enters his values and saved and closed file A then these entries are saved automatically in the Row 1 and 5 columns (A-E) of the file B.

Now when next time user enters the value again in the same Row (1) and 5 Columns (A-E) in the file A, and saves and closes the file A this time his entries are saved in Row 2 and 5 Columns (A-E) of the file B.

It means for File B, only Row is changing everytime.

Can you please help me out.

Thanks.

Could you please upload a sample EXCEL file WITH sample data, macro, formula , conditional formatting etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too
