Graphics problem on eset nod32 antivirus!!!

Hi, Before some days i had a computer crash and ever since the graphics from the eset nod32 antivirus have been lost!!!
It appears like this:

What should i do? I am open to all answers!!!!

maybe give Malwarebytes a scan and see what it finds on the computer that is making it look it this OK then download it from here.....

pretty please do a full scan from may take an hour to 2 or more hours to scan but please do a update and a full scan and it will tel you to restart to remove any infected files it found.
