Hello,
I have a tata photon+ and was wondering if i could plug it into my wii's usb port to get wired internet. Would this work?

No mate it will not work ,add a wireless router to it which will be better ,

Take your ethernet cord and plug it in to your wii LAN adapter (if you have one u can buy one online) which plugs in to the usb port
