My sims 3 game wont work !!

Hello,



when i put in my disc nothing happens but i downloaded it before and i played it before on this computer and its not working anymore how do i fix it ? PLEASE HELP

Hi there,

Your cd may be having scratches on it,are other cd's being read by the cd drive?the link below from Faq will be helpful on it:
