Can I send that photo directly via blue tooth

Hello,
Just wanted to find out if I receive an mms (with photo).
Can I send that photo directly via blue tooth without saving it in gallery?
If no, then was it ever possible in any firmware version?
I need the answer please help.

Dear Steve,

For the MMS, you will actually have to get your MMS Settings activated and yes, you will be compelled to get them saved first before sending via bluetooth.
