Hello,

For some strange reason when booting my computer it goes to a strange gray screen and stays there.

My computer is a Windows XP service Pack 2. And what happened yesterday is when I was Installing McAfee onto my computer it suddenly froze, but it said everything was installed and ready to go, but anyways I shut down my computer via the power button. When I turned my computer back on the usual "E-machines" brand thing appeared but then instead of it going to the Windows XP green loading bar screen, it went to a black screen, then a gray one, and now its just that gray one. I even left it on for hours and it just sat at the gray screen. I have no idea about what to do with it, so I'd love some asistance.

Dear Sir,

Please confirm whether the problem is not coming from the graphic card, motherboard or RAM slot.

Thanks in advance.
