Hello,

Hello, every time I try printing on my ip3000, it pops up telling me that the cyan ink cartridge is running low even though I have full cartridges in there. I have tried a couple different cartridges and the message keeps popping up. Any ideas?

Dear Sir,

The ink cartridge has a circuit on it and perhaps it has been damaged not letting it to work properly. You will definitely have to get it replaced in order to have it working back properly.

Thanks in advance.

Error 5700 is ASF (cam) sensor error
Replace the Sheet feed unit. May also be able to adjust the timing of the paper feed gears if you are able to dismantle the printer. hope this helps you
