My computer wont read cds or dvds

Hello,
My computer is Acer aspire 5542-1462 and it stopped reading any cds or dvds and i dont know why or what to do.

Hi there,

You should clean the lens of the drive,purchase a cd/dvd lens cleaner and get it done,
