Hello, for some reason when i go to youtube or any website that has to do with videos, including webcam, i can not hear anything! the sound is completely up on my computer, & so is the volume on the video. is there something i need to download to hear!?!

Please consider your Flash Player to the latest version and also activate your Javascript to have the problem settled.
