Burn a CD /blank CD not recognized

Hello,


I'm trying to put music on a Cd and my windows vista is saying to enter a blank CD when I already put one in. The things I've tried already are getting updates, new CDs, Changing the default setting from custom to microsoft windows. I don't know what else to do any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm out of options.
