Hello,

1)You can't directly upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7. You have to do

clean installation by backing up all your files.

2)Click on the below link, download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor

http://download.microsoft.com/...

It will scans your hardware, devices, and installed programs for known

compatibility issues. It will also gives you guidance on how to resolve potential

issues found, and recommends what to do before you upgrade.

3) Go to your manufacture website and make sure that Windows 7 drivers are

available.

4) Follow the instructions for the "Custom Installation" which is also called a

"clean" installation by clicking on the below link.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-update-faq-8a903416-6f45-0718-f5c7-375e92dddeb2

Good Luck.

Hi there,

In any ways you use to install windows 7 be sure to have the system minimum requirements, else all your efforts will go waste. You also need to make a backup of all your data as all will definitely be deleted and you have to boot from the installation disk of windows 7 to format system.

Thanks
