My phone keep saying off line

Hello, please i'm asking if you can help me with my phone.
my ace mobile lake Tahoe keeps saying offline and no matter how i find networks it just will not work,i live in Jamaica. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Dear Tammy,

The problem might be coming from the phone itself. Please try the SIM on an alternative mobile phone and if the problem still persists, please consider contacting the network provider for having its solution for it is a problem with the SIM itself.
