Epson sx100 all lights flashingClosed

Question

Hello, 



Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

i was printing a document off and the paper jammed.. I followed the instructions given by the trouble shooter and now the printer wont work - all the lights are flashing and this message appears - 

Delete all print jobs and turn the printer off. Remove any foreign objects from inside the printer. After a few minutes, turn the printer back on

ive done all this several times and still no joy!! arrrgggghh 

please help

The flashing lights are a "Maintenance request error" or a "Fatal error". Most of the time it is a "Maintenance request error" which means the waste ink pads need to be serviced. You can reset the waste ink counter but the ink pads will need to be serviced at some point.

Hi there,

IS the lid properly closed?there is a micro switch under the cover,if this is damaged then printer will not operate,if you opened it to remove the jammed paper then be sure you closed everything as it was before.
