Hello Gervarod,

Have you forgotten you good manners? Please may be? I am surpised!

I assume you are trying to help someone else.

To remove a programme

1. Click on start
2. Click on Control panel
3. Click on add/remove program and wait for the programme list to be populated.
4. Go through the list, spot the programme and click on remove

It sometimes happens that the programme is removed but remnants are left in the programme files and they need to removed manually.

Regards

Two things you can do to speed it up a little.

1. Clean the registry with this totally free tool:

https://www.eusing.com/free_registry_cleaner/registry_cleaner.htm

2. Prevent useless background application to run at boot time.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

How's that?
