Tiki resort & Social city won't load

Hello, I am hoping someone can REALLY help me solve a 2 month dilemma. My 2 facebook games Tiki Resort & Social City won't load. Use Mozilla Firefox and I update flash player when it says I need to. Not saying I need to update. Have played these games for over a year with relatively no problems! PLEASE someone HELP!! I am so freaking FRUSTRATED !!!
