Halo latest game (graphic card)

Hello,

I want to install the latest Halo release on my PC but I am not able to have it installed. I believe that the problem should be coming from its graphic card but how do i know what graphic card i am actually using and to which graphic card i must have it upgraded,

thanks to anyone who gets me out of this trouble.
