Thanks so much, I was really starting to panic when after four hours I couldn't get my Acer Aspire One to boot up. I was really afraid that not having a re-install disk might have made buying this Acer a bad decision. Thanks to your info I still believe it is a good buy. It's been three years now and this was my first problem. Thanks, Thanks,Thanks for that Hotkey tip!
